Desde el Grupo Robert Walters estamos en busqueda de un Account Receivable para una empresa del sector del lujo en el centro de Barcelona.
La facturacion de la empresa esta por encima de los 100 millones, lider en su sector.
Customer Service / Account Receivable An excellent opportunity as Account Receivable within the Customer Service team is available in Barcelona within a multinational in the luxury sector.
Mission: The accounts receivables executive is in charge to book the payments received from the customers.
The role is managing and controlling the accounts receivables.
Once a month we report the overdue debt and DSO results.
Functions: Collection Request Posting of payments received Run Schedule direct debit payment Classify by type the payment documents received Matching payments with invoices Analyse among Subsidiary Interface Netting Dispute cases Netting Arbitration and monthly report Transfer generation Reporting of ageing of the debt and DSO Factoring Review invoice documents Special invoicing (fototeca, re-invoice, need to create orders) Education: Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
Languages: Native Spanish and English medium.
Specific knowledge desired: OTC processes Warehouse and logistics processes.
Skills: Excellent communication skills.
Analytical skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and workload.
Industry experience.
