We are looking for an Account Project Manager for a consultancy company in Madrid.
Some of the main responsibilities include: Coordination: Facilitate communication between the internal team, suppliers, and clients to ensure that everyone involved has a clear understanding of the project's objectives and progress.
Create project status reports, including timelines and budgets.
Project management: Develop objectives by creating schedules, assigning and supervising the necessary resources for each project, and continuously monitoring their development to ensure they remain aligned with the agreed objectives and budgets.
Identify potential issues that may arise during the project to prevent unforeseen problems, maintaining consistent supervision and coordination of both internal and external teams.
Account/Client management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project, fostering strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retention.
Oversee contracts, ensuring their proper renewal and updating the terms as projects progress.
Identify opportunities for complementary services during the project's development, with both current clients and third parties.
Art market research: Stay informed about market trends and the competition.
Partnership and collaboration search: Be proactive in seeking new companies to establish collaborations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Previous experience in project management (3+ years) Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential Excellent computer skills Ability to be proactive and manage multiple projects simultaneously Interest in contemporary art Previous experience working with creatives (Desirable) Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Commercial agreement – temporary, 6 months.
Location: Headquarters in Madrid, Spain.
