What you'll be doing? As an Accountant, your role will be crucial in managing and processing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our Accounts Payable operations:
Accounts payable and cash (bookkeeping, accounting, payments)
Manage and maintain invoice files
Cost control and analysis
Control and reconciliation of specific accounts
Supplier statements reconciliation
Month-end close activities
Support on other G/L, AR activities
Contact for suppliers and support for internal functions (procurement, sales, CS)
Collaboration on external audits and internal control processes
What are we looking for? Academic degree related to Finance and/or accounting
At least 4 years experience in Accounts Payable & Accounting in a multinational company
Used to work with ERPs
Advanced user of Excel (complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, modeling)
Control and reconciliation minded
Good level of English
Flexible, proactive, analytical, problem solving, strong organizational skills
Good knowledge of the accounting rules and standards
What will make you stand out? Experience working with Dynamic Navision or NetSuite
