Description: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the yachting industry.
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction.
The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization and match these needs with services and solutions offered by OmniAccess.
As an Account Manager you will form part of an existing international team of sales executives, account managers and other members of the sales department.

The main responsibilities of this function include: Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with the customers in your portfolio and their representatives.
Understand their unique requirements, preferences, and pain points.
Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Solution Alignment: Collaborate with our technical teams to identify suitable solutions for each client.
Present our IT, network, communications, and cybersecurity services tailored to their specific needs.
Ensure that our offerings align with the yachts goals and enhance their operations and onboard experience.
Sales and Upselling: Proactively identify upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
Present additional services or upgrades that could benefit their yacht operations and guest experience.
Drive revenue growth by expanding the scope of services provided.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and technical experts to implement solutions.
Oversee the successful delivery of services, ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity threats.
Provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations to enhance their yacht security and communication systems.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on account status, challenges, and opportunities.
Record commercial activity in the appropriate management system (CRM).
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Necessary experience & qualifications: Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal).
Strong communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
Proven prospecting skills and direct sales experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is a plus.
Experience in the superyacht industry is a plus.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the maritime or luxury yacht industry.
Strong understanding of IT, network infrastructure, communications, and cybersecurity.
Commercial experience in IT, Telecommunications, Networking and/or Cybersecurity.
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
Resident or citizen of the EU, and able to start employment at OmniAccess without requiring any visa or work-permit.
Available within 2 months.
Willing to travel on a regular basis.
Open to relocate to Mallorca.
