ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sales management to set up the national strategy and its sales goalsMeet the sales goalsConduct research to identify new markets, business opportunities, and customer needsRaise potential customer databases for the US marketArrange business meetings and perform online demos with prospective clientsPromote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives according to Dinbeat values and visionPrepare individual sales proposals to customers and do the appropriate follow-up until closeKeep records of the performed activities in the company's CRMProvide excellent customer service, trustworthy feedback, and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers always based on the willingness to helpSupport Dinbeat distributors to better understand, communicate and sell the products/services to their customersCoach the upcoming new sales staff/distributors sales reps about Dinbeat, its mission, values, and productsRequirementsProven working experience as a business development manager, sales representative, or related positionsProven sales track record (online sales experience is a plus)Experience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Hubspot experience is a plus)Proficiency in English (Native preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportCan-do attitude and absolutely goal-orientedTime management and planning skillsPet/Veterinary market knowledge is a plusSeniority LevelAssociate
