Can be based anywhere in Europe Job Purpose: To create long-term, trusting relationships with customers, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and seek new sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Exceed individual Sales and Profit Budget and control costs related to orders.Implement effective Sales Action Plans for Key Accounts and regional customers.Prioritize customer service, identify and resolve customer issues within guidelines.Deliver professional presentations to customers.Initiate product development based on customer briefs, collaborate with Operations team.Produce accurate customer quotations, ensure quality samples and artwork, follow-up on quotations.Communicate order status to ensure timely delivery.Participate in trade shows to develop business relationships, improve product knowledge, and increase sales.Monitor competitors' promotions, share information with sales team, analyze reports to achieve objectives.Maintain accurate customer files, submit required reports to Sales Manager.Demonstrate creativity, share new ideas, and maintain motivation for productivity.Skills Required: Experience in the promotional goods industry.Strong team attitude.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Effective organizational skills.Pro-active project management approach.Detail-oriented with budget understanding.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and build client rapport.Confidence in work, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving ability, enthusiastic.
