Innovative Trials is looking for an Account Manager to lead on our Patient Recruitment Retention programmes. In this role, you'll nurture key client relationships, manage projects from study start-up through to delivery, and collaborate with our internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient execution. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement Project Management: Act as the main client liaison, ensuring clear communication and seamless transitions across projects. You'll lead internal teams to deliver on time, within budget, and according to SOPs. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery of translations, print materials, and shipping. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast finances, and ensure accurate client invoicing. Identify opportunities for upselling services and improving efficiencies. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, holding regular 1:1 meetings, setting clear goals, and providing constructive feedback. Problem Solving: Support the creation of artwork, digital campaigns, and retention materials. Address any project or vendor challenges that arise.
