As an Account Manager on our team, you will:
Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunitiesEnsure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected.Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained.Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotelsHave an upselling approach when dealing with clients.Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by clientOffer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotelsAssist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when requiredWork on external lists when required on other platforms as providedYour qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
