At Youdera, we're driving the growth of b2b solar energy in Spain!
As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our solar partners and helping to shape the future of clean energy.
We finance, develop, and operate solar plants designed for self-consumption, serving the commercial and industrial sectors with systems ranging from 30 kWp to 4 MW.
You'll be the driving force behind our partner network (primarily EPC companies), ensuring their success while guiding them through every step of their journey with Youdera.

What you will be doing Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our solar partners, identifying opportunities to develop solar projects together.
Provide Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) to end customers, helping them understand and navigate the legal, financial, and technical aspects of the agreements.
Be responsible for delivering the best customer and partner experience, ensuring clarity in communication and execution when structuring PPAs and explaining their impact on cost savings and energy consumption.
Take ownership of tools, systems, and processes related to partner management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times (we use Salesforce as CRM and Scoop for project management).
Conduct training sessions and workshops for solar partners about our processes and our own software, the Youdera Platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as operations and engineering, to address our solar partner needs and resolve any issues promptly.
Workplace This role is office first and based at our office in Zaragoza, with frequent travel required to visit customer sites and attend meetings or (international) events (such as conferences and our yearly offsite abroad).
You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, surrounded by passionate individuals dedicated to driving the transition to clean energy.
Who are we looking for?
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
Proven track record in account management or customer success roles.
Ability to understand and articulate technical and financial concepts related to solar energy solutions.
Process-driven and organized with great attention to detail; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach; you are not afraid to pick up the phone.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in an entrepreneurial, international environment.
Experience with providing training and workshops is a plus.
You are proficient in both English and Spanish.
