What you will do: Make outbound calls to our current customers to present them solutions for their business to ensure they will generate significantly more revenue with TheFork month over monthSelling, upselling and retaining products and customersBe the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customersEnsure the support and training to use our toolsMaintain products sold across your portfolioLeverage the usage of TheFork tools so restaurants are more engaged with customers and bookingsIncrease the number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork FestivalsWhich should be your main competences: Customer orientationCatalan language + English intermediateEmpathyCommunication skillsDynamic and perseverant personResults-orientedGood attitude is very importantWho are you: Experience in pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash salesExperience in handling a high number (45-50) of outbound and inbound calls and portfolios with numerous accounts (from 400 to 800)Plus requirements: Experience as sales representative or account managerExperience with a restaurant is a mustExperience in e-commerce is a mustWhat we offer you: An awesome teamA Permanent contractFlexible working environment (2 days home office per week)Competitive fixed salary, bonus and equityLunch vouchers available for each working dayInternational teams - More than 30 nationalities and 16 offices worldwideHighly inclusive working environmentLifestyle benefits that can be used to reimburse physical, leisure activities, family support, travel etcContinuous learning and development programs (with full access to LinkedIn Learning!
