You'll play a pivotal role in not just maintaining, but actively enhancing our relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to drive our mission forward. Join us in making a difference, one account at a time.This position can be managed remotely from anywhere in Europe. The primary requirement is fluency in German.Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:Embarking on this journey with Rephine means being at the heart of key global projects, with responsibilities that include:Serve as the lead contact point for clients in your territoryEstablish, nurture and grow trusted, consultative relationships with client stakeholdersSecure new business from existing relationships and prospect for new contacts, leads, and opportunitiesNegotiate sales that satisfy client requirements and maximise profitBuild a pipeline of business and manage this throughout all stages of the sales cycle to ensure timely delivery of reports or servicesCollaborate with internal teams to propose and deliver appropriate services to meet your clients' needsBe conversant in the full range of the company's servicesEnter, maintain and manage records in Salesforce, according to the process and to the quality standards defined in our SOPMonitor and track key account metrics/KPIs (e.G
