About Monday Merch:

The Position:
As a Merch Consultant at Monday Merch you are the first point of contact for our new potential B2B customers. You provide customers with information about our service and help realize Merch projects of 3-100K euros for the coolest brands in Europe.
The position is a mixture between project management (working structured), sales (contact with clients) and creativity (suggesting the right products, thinking with the client). All leads are inbound, so there will not be cold-calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Together with the other Sales team members you are the point of contact for our customer. You built a relationship with your customers and make sure they sign the first order and come back after the first order
Your main KPI is the sign rate (% of # quotes signed and value of quotes signed) , Activity with customers and returning customer revenue
We hope that you can grow into a leading role within the sales team, which is possible if you reach targets and show contribution to the team (ideas, improving processes etc)
Being informed of what is happening in the merch industry
Actively suggest product catalog improvements to the product team based on input from clients
Pick up the phone for incoming calls (usually potential customers)

Requirements:
Affinity with sales and you like contact with people
You are enthusiastic on the phone/email and enjoy helping potential customers
You work structured (very important)
Minimum University thinking level, which studies background is not relevant
You speak fluent English
Additional relevant language such as Dutch, German or French is a big pre
