Your missionAt Veridas, we are looking for an Account Manager EMEA to join our team of professionals in Madrid.
We are seeking a highly capable individual with a strong ability to strengthen client relationships, focus on the sustainable growth of existing accounts in the EMEA region, and bring a strategic approach to commercial excellence.
You will be part of the commercial team and responsible for developing and growing the existing accounts assigned to you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage and enhance existing accounts in the EMEA territory, ensuring client retention and growth through a consultative and personalized approach.Discover new opportunities within assigned accounts, increasing business volume through cross-selling and upselling our technological solutions.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring smooth communication.Design personalized value proposals for clients, aligned with their specific needs and business objectives.Ensure that all information about accounts, interactions, and business opportunities is rigorously recorded in the CRM, adhering to internal guidelines.Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional solutions tailored to client needs.Your profileDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Specific training will be assessed based on the experience provided.Fluent English (mandatory).Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.3 to 5 years of experience in key account management in tech companies, preferably in SaaS, digital identity, or related sectors.Proven experience in consultative selling and developing growth strategies.Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce or others) and advanced negotiation techniques.Customer-oriented mindset, analytical skills, communication and presentation abilities, and a strong results-driven approach.What we offer?All our technology is 100% proprietary, and thanks to it we are internationally recognized (we don't say so, international organizations say so).
