MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. Key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed upon appointment.
Account Management: Issuing contracts accordingly.Creation of New Starter Forms as needed.Liaison with the different Airlines assigned to the project.Provide solutions and mediate on any issue that may arise in account management processes.Liaison with external agencies/providers.Knowledge of payroll programs, highly desirable specific A3 and/or SAGE. Preparation of payrolls.Preparation and payment of social security, social insurance, SEPE, official certificates.Preparation and payment of taxes, tax forms.Continuous update of labor regulations in Spain.Implementation and understanding of the application of exemptions such as diets, 7P, Beckham law.Process and support on the implementation of policies and procedures.Support the updating of records and documentation.Support the assurance of the well-being of the Spanish accounts.Liaison with recruitment and other departments to ensure processes.Update Client daily/weekly spreadsheets.Updating of CRM databases.Support the Office manager in all tasks regarding the correct office functionality.Compliance with non-conformities as per the law applicable depending on the country.Handle the full employment cycle under supervision.Review in detail all documentation and become familiar with them.Send contractor reports according to Client needs.Resourcing Duties: Identify potential needs among the clients' network.Receive new requests from clients – gather all relevant information regarding the role, type of contract, and general terms and conditions for the position.Liaise with the administrator to standardize successful candidates' CVs.Sales: Sales support the business to achieve the annual budget.
Human Resource, Health, and Safety: Abide by and ensure that all employees under your management control adhere to the appropriate procedures and compliance in Spain or other countries.
Qualifications: Native or fluent in Spanish.High level of written and spoken English.Experience Required: At least 3 years' working experience, ideally liaising with accounts.Experience working in a target-driven environment.Experience writing business communications such as e-mails, letters, and advertisements.Problem-solving skills.Experience in the Aviation & Aerospace industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).To apply please submit your CV and covering letter to ****** quoting reference: HRIAM24.
