Cross-border (inter-company) communication is a prerequisite and as a result will make knowledge of the English language essential.Key Responsibilities:As key contact, initiate, develop and build professional relationships with channel partners and new sales opportunities in the area of responsibility.Promote all products, services, and systems by organizing and executing distributor/customer activities, such as presentations, seminars, and training sessions remotely.Build sustainable relationships and trust with channel partners through regular communications to support sales growth and brand loyalty.Seek to better understand every customer's business needs, requirements & expectations to provide the best possible solution.Proactive control of Company generated leads, including follow-up and liaising with the external sales force and customers.Make outbound calls to potential and existing Channel partners to transfer qualified leads, discuss products, share manage promotions, and help push to sell Enerpac products.Provide timely pricing/quoting to customers to include quote follow-up activities with customers and/or Account Managers to include proper documentation of quotes.Present properly prepared orders to Customer Service for processing.Report to the Commercial Manager on all commercial activities within the territory, complaints, trends, competitive actions, and any recommendations to improve sales results and productivity.Liaise with the accounts department and customer service regarding customer credit issues.Receive & respond to customer complaints & follow the customer complaint procedure.Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate in safety awareness and improvement.Required Capabilities:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus.Languages: French and English - essential - fluent oral & written
