As an Account Manager on our team, you will: Execute and achieve sales quota and targets Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers Build and maintain a relationship with a set of clients to increase the revenue or growth numbers Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian with an advanced English level Have a solid Sales Background (outbound environment) Are achievement and goal oriented and motivated and self-starter Have strong communication and good computer skills Have pipeline management and forecasting experience It would be a plus if you have Familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices sector, including understanding of key market players and compliance requirements (like DPAs) Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.G., GDPR) related to DPAs, ensuring compliance during client interactions.
