At Vue School, we place value on the quality of our relationships with our customers. We are a small remote working team of 10 people looking for a friendly and devoted account manager to look after our B2B clients. In this position, we're searching for someone who's passionate about growing our business, helping our customers, and providing top-notch customer service.
Objectives of this RoleAct as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewalsWork with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being metDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clientsImplement a pro-active playbook to stay on top of our customers' needsDaily and Weekly ResponsibilitiesTake inquiries and requests from customers and address their needsStay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needsMeet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve businessGenerate progress reports for clients and leadership team within the organizationIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularlySkills and Qualifications4+ years experience in a sales or account manager roleExperience working remotelyAbility to work independently and set own prioritiesAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience in customer serviceExperience with CRM systems, preferably NutshellGood attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience working with modern toolingBSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field is a plus but not requiredWhat we offerCompetitive salaryPerformance BonusesRoom to work and experiment on your ideasTime to study and learn new skillsBudget for training/equipment/conferencesPaid time offWork with a brand customers loveRemote role on a long-term contractSalary28,878.00€ - 43,317.00€ per year
