Account Manager at Adtraction Adtraction is an international business with a local presence in the Nordic countries, UK, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, France, and Italy. The Spanish office is seeking a highly motivated, energetic colleague who is just as passionate about digital marketing as we are. The position is located at our office in Madrid.
Adtraction is a full-service partner marketing platform. We work with local and international brands and help them increase online sales through our connected partners. As an Account Manager at Adtraction, you will be responsible for helping your clients to increase their online sales.
TasksIdentify, negotiate, and sign up new advertising campaigns to run on Adtraction's platform.Manage client relationships and develop assigned campaigns to maximize performance.Achieve clients' required volumes and acquisition costs.Coordinate with the partnerships team to maximize results, replicate success cases, and solve conflicts.Coordinate with sales teams in other markets to maximize cross-border sales opportunities.Skills & RequirementsPersonal characteristicsYou have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales.You are passionate about your work and like to measure your own performance on a daily basis.You are a strong communicator and have strong self-organizational skills.You are a team player, committed to the job and honest.Proactive and eager to learn.Self-sufficient and responsible.Structured.Adaptable, gentle, and positive.You enjoy selling.QualificationsRelevant higher education.Experience and personal characteristics can compensate for the above.Fluent in Spanish and English.
