You'll join a team of passionate and talented colleagues within a fast paced, fun, friendly, encouraging and collaborative environment.Our Values; Integrity - Beinguncompromising and consistent in our commitment to integrity; Results - Driving spectacular results for everyone – happy employees, happy customers & happy office!People - Building a company with teams where talent can thrive and flourish.TasksThe role will be 50% account management and 50% new business so it's important that any person considering this role has a strong background in new business.You will be working in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for managing clients from local SME's to international accounts, as such an ability to build rapport at all levels is essential.In this role you will be responsible for:Managing a base of established accounts.A monthly revenue target and growing current client base.Regular client engagement.Monitoring of current client investment to establish campaign progress.Increasing client base through new business sales – utilising email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling.Attending networking events.RequirementsEssentialMinimum of 2 years account management or new business sales.Strong commercial awareness and ability to converse comfortably with director level contacts.Fluent German (Written and Verbal)DesirableExperience building an account base.Ability to engage prospects both inbound and through cold calling.Basic understanding of the IT marketspace.BenefitsWhat we offer: What's in it for you?Nothing can replace talent, so we ensure our salaries reflect this.
