This position reports to Marketing & Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies. Working within the Sales Department on Drives Division, the Account Manager develops, implements and leads the account strategy for main Spanish EPC, that have their core business developing international projects in Water, Oil and Gas, Process Industries, Energy and Utilities Segments. In addition, the candidate will lead the Sales Strategy implementation for developing drives business related to the emergent Hydrogen Segment in the Country. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and for ABB, with a clear focus on sales, increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for:Lead the development of the account executing the growth actions defined in the account plan. Establish and maintain a strong customer relationship, through intense prescription and sales activity, matching customer needs and ABB solutions. Define and achieve the sales targets for the account under your responsibility. Relentless execution of sales processes in place, the way that business have defined for achieving targets (7 habits, budgeting, forecasting, pipeline management and visit scheduling through SFDC). Identify customer needs and competitor position, for ensuring efficient marketing actions and for bringing to the customer the right value proposal of ABB Drives portfolio. Take care of Customer's Request of Proposal, leading and presenting ABB Technical and Commercial offer, negotiating the contract and closing the deal with expected profitability. Lead the Sales Strategy implementation for developing drives business related to the emergent Hydrogen Segment in the Country. Qualifications for the role An Engineering Degree, preferably Electrical or Industrial. At least 3 years of experience in Sales or in Business Development, managing complex Accounts (End Users, Engineering, EPC) or Segments (Water, Hydrogen) in the B2B environment.
