We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a creative/advertising agency background who is knowledgeable in the realm of digital and print & POS campaigns.

As an Account Manager at Dragons Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of shopper and retail campaigns, and leveraging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. You will work closely with our creative, strategic, and production teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns that meet our clients' objectives.

You will be the main point of contact for a leading global brand within the FMCG sector, and the role will be based onsite at the client's offices in Brussels a couple of days per week.


Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:

Act as one of the main points of contact for clients, translating the client briefs into an executional plan and ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for creative solutions that align with their goals and objectives. Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide strategic insights and solutions. Alongside the Account Director, prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports. Contribute to new business pitches and proposals, leveraging industry knowledge and past successes. Campaign Development and Execution:

Manage the development of digital and POS/retail campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brief, within scope, compliant with local requirements and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to ensure seamless project execution and meet client objectives. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as necessary to meet KPIs and ROI targets. Prioritising various projects for multiple brands in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Managing the distribution of content across all channels, working with internal and external partners (e.g. Media agencies) Communication and Presentation:

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations. Present creative concepts, strategies, and campaign results in a compelling manner. Campaign Analysis and Optimization:

Utilize analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign success. Identify areas for improvement and optimization, implementing changes to enhance campaign performance. Requirements: Requirements Proven experience in an account management role within a creative agency focusing on digital and retail & print campaigns. Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multi-channel campaigns. Highly organised and detail oriented to ensure work meets the brief before it is sent to clients Experience managing the delivery of Point of Sales / Shopper materials (nice to have) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated success in client retention and revenue growth. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. A passion for data and previous experience using it as a main operating tool.• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (ideal).
Languages Dutch (mandatory) English (mandatory) Any other languages are a plus.
