PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments. Our strategy has created a differentiated model in the payments landscape. Our Global Commercial team is growing and we are looking for an Account Manager to be based in Spain.

In this position you will work closely with the sales and operations team to develop and grow our customer portfolio as well as collaborate with our Product Team to improve our product portfolio and value proposal.
Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of the market, Account Management strategy and implement account plan to generate strategic relationships that will result in sales.Deliver selling presentations, including on-site product demonstrations or customer day in HQ to targeted stakeholders of the account.Develop relationships in all areas of the Account Management organization that are key elements to PayRetailers success.Organize peer-to-peer educational meetings and trainings to educate and influence multidisciplinary teams to use the product.Positively influence account opinion leaders/influencers and other multidisciplinary stakeholders to generate or increase product awareness, uptake and use.Understand, interpret and promote relevant data to support the uptake and use of the product.Continuously educate oneself on the latest information on the ever-changing business environment.Participation in events.Experience And QualificationsBS/Master Degree in Business Administration or in the relevant field.3+ years working in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech firms.Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.Fluent in English written and spoken.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-levels.The ability to research and identify problems, develop proposals, conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others.Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.What We OfferCompetitive salary!Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays!Private health insurance.At least one day of home office per week!Free language classes.Individual development plans.Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits and snacks from the company.Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partner!Quarterly Team buildings.
