Choose your own style of delivering results by becoming a Guardian at Safeguard Global.This Role in a Nutshell:The Account Manager (AM) will grow and retain key accounts from the DACH region, identified by the company by selling additional services into these accounts, which will drive growth. The AM will manage and build strong relationships with the customers, set expectations with the stakeholders of the account and ensure the customers are successful with the product or service they have acquired. This role will be client-facing,while also being responsible for liaising with internal departments regarding the Key Performance Indicators and report back to the client in a timely fashion. It is expected that the AM will build rapport and a strong relationship with the client to ensure Safeguard has accurate insight to the development plans of the company.How you will make a difference:Achieve monthly/quarterly account growth targetsService accounts and sell back into to increase revenueBuild and maintain a client profile, client mapping, and client retention plansProactively engage with accounts to understand their growth strategy and position Safeguard to ensure the business stays withinScoping and providing deep insight into new territories the client might be expanding intoMaintain an accurate forecast for clients' growth potentialAnnual and quarterly client growth reviewsBi-weekly to monthly client meetings to review Key Performance IndicatorsBuild out client specific workflows to ensure process alignment both internal and externalCollaborate with the internal departments to help keep open lines of communication across the various time zonesRespond to clients in a very timely fashion on any questionsQuarterly or semiannual client site visitsKey Technical Skills & Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMust have 4+ years of sales/pre-sales/account management experienceFluent in English and GermanStrong customer service backgroundExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using SalesforceWhy become a Guardian:International Environment: Our teams are borderless.
