That is why we are looking for an Account Manager who will focus on our existing customers in Flanders for the smaller SME segment (1 to 35 employees).
You will be part of our Spanish team in Barcelona and be in close contact with colleagues in our HQ in Belgium.
Responsible for the management and further development of your own customer portfolio .
Identify growth opportunities for your clients.
Build trust with customers through enthusiasm and open communication .
Conduct remote contact with customers several times a week via online demos, video calls, etc.
Work closely with the business team to advise the best solution to the customer.
Establish long-term relationships with the right contacts at your customers.
This is you?
Commercial attitude and social character, with a focus on building trusting relationships with customers.
A driven Account Manager who acts as a sparring partner for customers.
Great sense of responsibility, self-managing , organisational , and proactive.
Fluent communication skills with both internal and external contacts.
Preferably some experience in B2B sales and solution selling .
Experience in SaaS is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English ; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
