What you will do in this role As an Account Manager on our team, you will:
Manage your book of business that consists of existing clientsConsistently deliver towards revenue targets while delivering outstanding customer sales experienceCommunicate with customers proactively, via phone and emailExecute and achieve sales quota and targetsPrepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially soundFocus on driving profitability through proactive managementTrack, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales planAssess opportunities for upgrades and additional managed servicesReview level of client satisfaction, and escalate issues when necessaryYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are fluent in English and have an advanced level of SpanishAre excellent in negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skillsWork toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritizationCan demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisionsAre eager and quick learner with strong teamwork spiritIt would be a plus if you have: B2B sales and account management experience
