.LVFS have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced FS Hybrid Account Manager to join the team in SCOTLAND.
You will be based in SCOTLAND and spend 40% of your time in Face 2 Face meetings, the rest you will be working from home.
You will be developing new business opportunities and long-lasting business relationships with a panel of financial adviser intermediaries, within a sales territory.
You will have the flexibility, where appropriate, to spend time in the field completing face-to-face appointments in high-value accounts to build and maintain relationships.
This is achieved by being technically competent and highly knowledgeable in our chosen market segments,with the ability to present and position the LV= Savings and Retirement proposition to intermediaries whilst delivering the correct customer outcome at all times.
To fully understand the financial advice firm (accounts) requirement and to align LV= products, services and corporate strategy to maximize value for both internal and external customers.
You will need a valid Driving License and your own Vehicle and will need to be living in Scotland.About you:Demonstrate significant experience selling Pension and Investment productsGood understanding of Pensions & Investments regulations is essentialExperience & understanding working with PlatformsExcellent communication skillsStrong Market knowledgeGood Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systemsRelevant Qualifications, or willingness to work towards theseSelf-motivated, driven & organizedDetails:Deliver and meet targeted business volumes and business mix from firms within your territory or panel, through face-to-face meetings, calls and Video meetings.Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve the territory or panel target, input into business planning and the review of financial objectives.Maintain consistent and increased levels of support from existing supporting and develop non-supporting advisers and firms.Competently deliver face-to-face Smoothed Managed Fund sales presentations to intermediaries.
Face to Face meetings should be at a team meeting and or smaller adviser business.Ability to translate LV= proposition into a compelling presentation to drive business volumes.Increase the number of supporting advisers at firm & panel level within the territory.Maintain and develop knowledge of; The LV= Savings & Retirement proposition as a whole, competitor product offerings and our competitive positioning, technical and Sales skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency.Be fully competent in adhering to LV= standards, policies and procedures within your role; including but not limited to Compliance and Conduct Risk.Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting into the business.Work as a member of the Savings & Retirement Sales team to achieve the corporate goals & business objectives, placing the achievement of team and LV= goals above the achievement of personal goals
