Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication with partners, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues.
Assist partners with product updates and promotional activities.
Monitor partner activity on the platform, analyze betting volumes, game engagement, and user behavior, and suggest personalized solutions to enhance profitability and engagement.
Identify new business opportunities and propose additional products or services to existing partners to drive revenue.
Develop and implement tailored promotional campaigns that increase GGR, retention, and partner satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of account management strategies, representing partner interests within the company.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business trips, establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in the iGaming or gambling industry; experience with a casino games provider is a significant plus.
Strong understanding of the iGaming market and industry trends.
Experience in data analysis to drive informed decisions and suggest client improvements; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Availability for business travel and attendance at industry events as needed.
Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
