.Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands!
As an account manager, you will work with securing short- and long-term customer success and profitable business for Ericsson through proactively building on our current business as well as creating new business based on our customers' business, operations and objectives.
You will also be responsible for securing quality and profitability in our delivery projects and services.You will build strong relationships internally and externally in order to actively contribute to making the customer and Ericsson successful.
You will actively manage and mobilize internal resources to support customers all the way from pre-sales to delivery of efficient end-to-end solutions.
The account manager also actively works with establishing/strengthening customer's view of Ericsson as a strategic and trusted partner.This role is based in the Hague (Netherlands) , reporting to the KAM Netherlands.
Responsibilities: Extend customer relationships and loyalty including building new customer relationships in strategic areas as well as reinforce current relationships Strengthen customer perception of Ericsson as a strategic partner, especially in areas such as future networks and monetization Plan for and lead core teams in sales opportunities Lead negotiation of complex tenders including creation of winning strategies and internal stakeholder management Be accountable for the profit and loss with the customer including financial planning and forecasting Contribute to optimization of the account team's performance Proactively engage with and support pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to operations Assume responsibility for continued customer satisfaction throughout delivery Key qualifications Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar Min 5 years of experience in relationship sales and 5 years from the telecom/IT industry Domain experience: Radio networks, Core networks, services sales Customer and market insights (telecom) Negotiation skills and experience from driving procurement processes Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams that are not reporting to you and creating an inclusive and motivated environment Consultative and insight-driven selling approach Commercial understanding and financial acumen Ability to lead engagements/projects Additional Requirements: Excellent networking ability and interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to gain respect from clients as well as external parties
