Otovo , one of Europe's leading platforms for solar systems, whose mission is to promote the energy transition from fuels to renewables, is looking for an Account Manager in Madrid .
Responsibilities You will be involved in the development and execution of our future partner acquisition strategy.
You will concurrently manage the company's objectives as part of Otovo's account management team.
You will develop and help execute a world-class pitch.
You will lead the onboarding of partners to the Otovo platform.
You will help develop a team of successful Account Managers.
You will create a collaborative team culture based on trust, communication and clear, measurable goals.
You will work closely with Otovo's leadership team to drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Requirements/Candidate Profile A self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in short cycle B2B sales / account management, preferably in a market environment within renewable energy or construction.
Experience working in a digital environment, in an expanding or fast-growing company would be an advantage.
University degree or professional commercial training.
Passion for building long-term relationships.
Ease and confidence in reaching out to new partners, including cold calling.
Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly.
Courage to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
Data-driven and goal-focused approach.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
