About the Company The opportunity: Reporting to the confirming supply management team of the client, your goal will be to expand the Confirming business (Supply Chain Finance Programs) by offering the product to our clients' many suppliers.
About the Role You will be responsible for: Present, explain and describe the Confirming product and its advantages to suppliers.
Organize and lead webinars with suppliers to introduce them to the features of Confirming and its benefits.
Support, coordinate and guide suppliers in the E2E onboarding process, and resolve any incidents/doubts that may arise during this process.
Improve the service experience of suppliers and engage them with our product.
Track supplier use of confirming, investigate, understand, drive and improve their service experience.
Take responsibility for supplier issues and follow them through to full resolution.
Collaborate with the Front Office on the strategy for incorporating new suppliers into the different programs, propose, connect and identify opportunities.
Self-control of tasks and KPIs, calls, emails.
Maintain organized workflow based on priorities (organize effectively, follow up, master your day-to-day).
Qualifications Degree in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent Essential: Excel Proactivity Attention to detail Problem solving Work under pressure Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
Strong communication and customer contact skills.
Accustomed to dealing with external clients (companies).
Mastery of the following languages: English C2, Spanish C2, French and other languages valued.-Knowledge of MS Office.
Good command of Excel.
