.You will join the Client Account Management "CAM" team. The main remit of this team is to retain and grow CSG's clients. The team is made up of 8 Account Managers who adopt a front of house role in managing client relationships, ranging from panel reviews/bids through to managing claims quality/KPIs/SLA/audits/complaints/conflicts.
