About the Role: In this role you will act as an Account Manager and become a team member of the Spanish Sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing ones. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional to join a fast-growing company and a Salesperson who's looking to expand on IDaaS expertise.
What you will do: Customer acquisition - attract new customers to our company, expanding our presence in the market. Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to maximize the value of existing accounts. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer expectations and needs are met. Participate in the negotiation of commercial conditions and close effective sales. Perform post-sale follow-up and offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with marketing to design new campaigns, webinars, and attendance to events. Regularly review progress of activities against metrics and share results with key stakeholders using the company CRM platform (Salesforce) as the leading Business tool for all your activities. Support in the preparation of offers and coordinate with Division Directors for presentations and negotiations. Report to the Country Manager on progress and results obtained. What we expect: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, IT or another related field or relevant work experience. 3+ years' experience working as an Account Manager in the financial Industry, ideally for a software solution company. Knowledge about KYC and CDD. What we consider as a plus: Experience working in digital identity industry. Bring your own client portfolio.
