Objectives and tasks / responsibilities:
Preparation of briefings and campaign management.
Daily communication with the client and the client's various markets.
Budget preparation.
Coordination and monitoring of the productions associated with each project or campaign, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
Ensuring the agency's work aligns with the client's briefing.
Preparation and presentation of the agency's proposals to the client.
Ensuring compliance with digital asset quality standards.
Analysis and monitoring of the results of digital initiatives and establishing follow-up KPIs.
Execution of administrative procedures associated with the project.
Execution of projects with other internal departments.
Preparation and monitoring of reporting.
Requirements:
Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration Degree or related fields.
Languages: High level of English / bilingual. You will manage an international project, and daily communication with the client will be in English.
Knowledge of digital environments.
Project planning and monitoring.
Billing control.
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions in Digital Agencies.
