You will play a key role in the smooth and successful delivery of our clients campaigns by:Supporting the account team and relevant departments for all client needs, including scheduling client calls, coordinating logistics for client meetings, documents client meeting notes and supporting creative teams on compiling presentationsBuild solid relationships with clients, with articulate communication via email, calls and face to face meetingsMaintaining correct and up-to-date foldersSupporting creative briefs with relevant inputsKeeping the team aware of competitor activities and relevant global brand activitiesKeeping a global mindset – collating relevant insights and learningsBeing responsible for final delivery of files to the markets and being point of contact post deliveryUnderstanding and actioning agency processes to ensure smooth delivery, especially to meet client deadlinesMastering client approval processes and delivery (systems)Developing a detailed understanding of multi-channel campaign delivery processesBeing a fast learner, problem solver, and someone who is motivated to serve our clients while making great creative work is also a must.
