At Basque Culinary Center we are looking for a dynamic person with strategic vision to manage and strengthen relationships with our sponsoring companies.
Your mission will be to ensure the development, follow-up and execution of projects and agreements that build loyalty with our current collaborators.
What you will do: Develop innovative proposals for companies, creating attractive solutions that add value and strengthen our partnerships.
Design and execute projects by defining annual action plans, working hand in hand with companies to ensure that objectives are met.
Manage continuous and effective communication between clientele and our internal teams, ensuring project progress and success.
Implement loyalty plans to strengthen relationships with companies and ensure their long-term satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate results, preparing detailed reports and budget tracking to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of each action.
Negotiate and formalize agreement renewals, ensuring the continuity of relationships and mutual satisfaction.
Requirements Do you recognize yourself in the following characteristics?
You have a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing or related areas.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in project and client management, leading and coordinating initiatives and activities.
You demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.
You interact fluently in Basque, Spanish and English, favoring communication in multicultural environments.
You manage your time with planning and self-management skills, performing tasks efficiently and autonomously.
You are available to travel and have your own vehicle.
It would be a plus if: You have worked in the gastronomy or food industry.
You have experience working in the world of sponsorship.
You are flexible and proactive in finding innovative solutions to every challenge.
