Position Overview: Trane Technologies - MTA, a leading company in the industrial refrigeration, air conditioning and compressed air treatment sector, is selecting a Sales Technician with extensive experience in B2B sales for its sales department in North Spain. We are looking for a Sales Person with extensive experience in the industrial sector. The selected person will have a pragmatic approach in the field. We are looking for a proactive professional, capable of developing his/her region and implementing commercial strategies that drive the growth and efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Execute the commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives, developing the acquisition of new clients and the loyalty of existing ones to maintain a long-term business relationship.Set sales objectives and develop plans to achieve them.Represent the company at meetings and industry events.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Focus on achieving and exceeding commercial goals.Aptitude to establish strong and effective relationships with clients, collaborators and other departments, facilitating collaboration and teamwork.Ability to identify opportunities for growth and business development in the market.Anticipating trends and adapting commercial strategies as necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales is desirable.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector.Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.Knowledge of technical solutions and installations for industrial processes is highly valued.High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.Advanced level of English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
