Scope & Responsibilities We are currently focused in the Self-Service or Unattended business, like - but not limited to - vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations….
You will work closely with the Global Product and Marketing teams.
You will elevate the Account Management team to new heights, boosting their career growth and optimizing performance to meet the targets, while also leading by example by closing strategic deals.
Key responsibilities include: Identify and qualify new business opportunities coming from customers, partners, internal teams and your own strategy Oversee the team's daily operations, ensuring optimal performance and the achievement of targets and ensuring an optimal customer experience.
Support definition and implementation of our account management processes, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and aligned with our growth ambitions.
In time, hire and lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, fostering an environment of learning, growth, and achievement.
Coordinate the involvement of relevant teams (Technical Support, Product,etc ) in order to resolve partner related issues, meet partner expectations or unlock growth opportunities.
Lead project implementation and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
Understanding the needs and requests of partners and transforming them into opportunities for product development.
Support Orain's international expansion.
Experience & Skills At least 3 years of experience managing Account Management / business development teams.
Previous experience in payments, technology, or FinTech is a plus.
A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary Strong leadership potential, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and resilience, with a readiness to embrace and lead through change.
Fluent in Spanish and English is a must.
Other languages such as Italian, Portuguese, or French are a big plus.
