As an Account Manager on our team, you will: Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities.
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, including activity and performance metrics (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed).
Update CRM with all communication as per expected standards.
Follow up on accounts to ensure regular communication is maintained.
Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus, etc.).
Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels.
Adopt an upselling approach when dealing with clients.
Provide chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by clients.
Offer alternative solutions in case of hotel unavailability.
Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required.
Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provided.
Your qualifications: Bilingual or proficient in xxx with an advanced English level.
Great organization and communication skills.
Positive work attitude.
Experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Sales background.
Hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory).
Experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory).
