Job Title: Account Manager (Danish-speaking) Location: On-site, Malaga, Spain Industry: Hospitality Job Description: AMSpace is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our client team in the hospitality industry in Malaga, Spain.
The ideal candidate will be a native Danish speaker with fluency in English, possessing excellent organizational and communication skills, and a positive work attitude.
Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Danish and fluency in English.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Positive work attitude and proactive approach.
Proficiency in using office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Sales background is essential.
Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CRMs is beneficial but not mandatory.
Responsibilities: Utilize CRM systems to contact and qualify accounts, generating new opportunities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for activity and performance, including calls, accounts contacted, and revenue.
Keep CRM updated with all communication in accordance with expected standards.
Maintain regular contact and communication with accounts.
Engage in sales activities such as call storms and industry-focused initiatives.
Qualify and follow up on all opportunities, including meetings & events and group accommodations, both with clients and hotels.
Employ an upselling approach when dealing with clients.
Provide chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and ensure follow-up on usage.
Offer alternative solutions when hotel availability is an issue.
Assist with business travel and individual queries as needed.
Work with external lists on other platforms when required.
Shift Details: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Full-time position with an indefinite contract.
