Job Description Summary: Account Manager - Medical Delivery Solutions VAM
Location: Comunidad Valenciana y Murcia, Spain

Main ResponsibilitiesDrive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our product portfolio in Valencia and Murcia.Engage with procurement division of existing and new accounts as well as central procurement authorities through a value-based approach.Develop existing accounts in close cooperation with clinical specialists.Identify tender-based business opportunities in new and existing accounts on a regional level.Shape tender criteria through interaction with key decision makers; develop tender material.Support existing and acquire new customers in assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.Execute sales strategy in line with business unit objectives.Understand customer needs and develop initiatives to gain category share in IV sets/injection systems.Execute all sales activities from product presentation, trials, handling contract negotiations, and monitoring until closure and demand generation.Represent at appropriate congresses and fairs at national or international level.About YouPreferably educated to university degree level, in Life Sciences or Nursing.2 or 3 years proven successful sales track record.Solid negotiation skills with a clear ability to assess and respond to customer needs.Excellent communicator and presenter with robust interpersonal and analytical skills; a flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a matrix organization.Ability to drive for results and meet targets, with initiative and ability to work autonomously to generate leads, prioritize, and complete tasks.Handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner.Intermediate level PC-literacy in MS Office; experience of working in a clinical environment and selling full product solutions to senior stakeholders is ideal.Upper-intermediate English level.If you're a team player who is passionate about healthcare and we've just described your career aspirations, then please click on the APPLY button.
