Our software is developed at our main offices in Barcelona, Spain, where a diverse team of over 60 people from various nationalities works continuously to enhance SonoSuite and introduce new features, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in the Digital Music Business.

How will you contribute to SonoSuite? Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, the Account Manager will be in charge of the following:

Acknowledge, resolve and/or filter customer requests and direct them to the corresponding department and provide feedback to clients accordingly. Provide support to customers/users of the distribution platform via ticketing tool Zendesk.
Utilize the customer relationship management system to document interactions.
Manage existing accounts and create new opportunities for business.
Manage relationships and solve conflicts with clients.
Create and maintain a long-term relationship with Clients. Assist in facilitating business growth by working together with clients by responding to and following up on sales inquiries using appropriate methodology. Generate/increase the revenue of existing accounts to meet yearly revenue goals.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target by up-selling and cross-selling. Maintain updated internal tools such as the CRM/Zendesk environment to be more effective and optimize efforts to manage our daily tasks. Proper and constant research of our competition, in all aspects - features, user communication, business moves, strategy, market coverage. Maintain a well-updated document to always know our location and improve our market placement.
Explore new possibilities, manage external projects with third parties; check new technologies. Great predisposition for written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and logical thinking. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential. Familiarity with ticketing tools and workflows (specifically Zendesk). Extra points if you have these additional skills: Experience in a SaaS company.
