We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our office in Barcelona. This person will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, driving revenue, and expanding the uptake of our solutions, both in short-term visas and immigration. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate with the sales team in prospecting and selling to new customers through multiple channels (webinars, events, mailings, campaigns, etc).
Required experience and skills:At least 3 years' experience in managing client accounts, ideally within a corporate TMC.Self-motivated and willing to act in a changing environment, results-oriented and teamwork both nationally and internationally.Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and proposals clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels, tailoring communications to meet the needs of the audience.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to handle challenging situations.Ability to draft business correspondence, contracts and renewals, and create presentations.Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, present recommendations and create action plans.Ability to multitask effectively and shift gears quickly without missing a beat, ability to prioritize between competing tasks.
