Account Management Associate – GEH We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and driven individual to join our Account Executive Team. You'll have a flexible attitude and be used to working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and able to plan your time effectively to meet challenging deadlines.
Reporting to the Client Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the European-based Client Managers in all aspects of account maintenance, ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client.
YOUR JOB: Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email or telephone.Take the lead in day-to-day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines.Gather and analyse claims data.Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team.Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally accompany the Client Managers to Client Meetings.YOUR PROFILE: English and Italian: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Influencing and negotiating skills.Works well under pressure.Experience of collation of data and statistical analysis.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative.Capable of prioritising workloads in order to meet tight deadlines.Proficient in Office: Word and Excel.About Cigna Cigna Corporation exists to improve lives.
