Join us to find out.Your jobAs an Account Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing a book of business for existing small and medium corporate accounts across Europe. You will also identify and sell new products and services to existing accounts, establish and maintain positive client relationships, and proactively resolve client issues. Furthermore, you will educate clients on plan design and renewal options and apply standard techniques to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC).Main ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and negotiate renewals for our rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients through regular communication.Lead day-to-day inquiries for the assigned portfolio, working with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in agreed timelines.Gather and analyze claims data.Manage the database, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team.Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally attend Client Meetings.Fluency in French is required (Dutch language capabilities are a plus).Your profileAt least 2 years of experience with business clients (B2B).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Advanced level of English and native proficiency in French (Dutch will be a plus).Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills.A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.Action-oriented problem-solving skills and process improvement capabilities.Strong communication skills, demonstrating drive and enthusiasm.Customer centricity.What we offer?Contract: PermanentEnvironment: Multicultural working environment with opportunities to work with colleagues globally.Hybrid working: Enjoy working from home 3 days per week and 2 days from our Madrid office.Flexible starting hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:15 or 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday 9:00 to 14:45 or 8:00 to 14:45.Social Benefits: Private Medical and Dental Insurance, Life Assurance, Educational Development Program, Foreign Language Scholarship, flexible compensation, etc
