We are looking for an Account Executive XL to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding Factorial's footprint in the Spanish market.
As part of the XL team, you will report directly to the Director of XL and focus on launching and expanding Factorial's presence with high-potential, mid-to-large enterprises.
The RoleWork exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Responsible for launching and managing the client's account during their first year with Factorial.
This includes ensuring a successful implementation, addressing their ongoing needs, and driving account growth by expanding the number of seats, functionalities, and overall adoption of Factorial within their organization.Conduct in-person visits with prospective clients to establish strong relationships and gain deeper insights into their needs.Deliver accurate forecasts and track revenue performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership.Collaborate closely with the XL leadership team and cross-functional departments (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.Your ProfileExperience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
Experience in SaaS or digital transformation industries is a plus.Hybrid Professional: Comfortable with both remote work and conducting in-person client meetings as required.Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategies for expanding market presence.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (proficient) and English (professional level).Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.Proactive: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of the launch and expansion strategy in the market.Analytical & Organized: Capable of managing pipelines, providing accurate forecasts, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.Empathetic Relationship Builder: Adept at building genuine, trust-based relationships by deeply understanding client challenges and crafting tailored plans that address their needs.We care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees:
