Are you ready to help us face challenges and find solutions that get us both to the next level of excellence?What the role entails:Liaise between the Audio Team Lead and Game Teams for multiple simultaneous projects to communicate audio design direction.Deliver audio assets and implementation instructions.Provide oversight of audio implementation.Maintain project assets' organization and storage.Manage external composers and sound designers in the production, iteration, and delivery of all required audio assets: communicate design direction/spec.Liaise with stakeholder approvals.Collaborate with game designers, artists, and mathematicians to shape a game's User Experience through sound, music, and voiceovers.Coordinate with team ADs and animators to manage the production of sound design for animations.Edit, process, and mix audio for games, prototypes, promotional materials, presentations, etc.Assist in the creation of best practice guides, tools documentation, presentations, etc.Requirements:Experienced Audio Designer / Music Composer for video games.Experienced individual contributor who requires minimal supervision.Advanced skills in audio editing, processing, mixing, and mastering.Experience with audio middleware and integration into game engines.Strong understanding of sound design principles and techniques.Ability to create, manipulate, and organize sound effects, music, and voiceover content.Knowledge of music theory and composition.Experience managing and directing composers and sound designers.Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools.Ability to maintain clear and comprehensive design documentation.Skills in organizing and managing audio assets efficiently.Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including game teams, external composers, and sound designers.Experience liaising with stakeholders for approvals and managing their expectations
