As part of our exponential growth journey, we are looking for an ambitious, bold, collaborative Account Executive Team Lead to help us build a world-class sales organization for the EMEA Mid-Market and Enterprise space, right here in Barcelona!
What you'll be doing: Develop, motivate, and lead a quota-achieving sales team of 4-8 Account Executives based in Barcelona Collaborate with and support your team members to build effective territory sales plans Coach your team members to conduct effective and engaging discovery meetings and live demos Shadow Account Executives on discovery, recommendation, and closing calls to provide continued mentorship Hold weekly business reviews, 1:1s, coaching sessions, and engaging team meetings Accurately forecast your team's performance against target to your leadership team Hire talented new team members and train them on sales strategy and best practices for business growth Make a positive impact on Preply Business by recommending new ideas and strategies Develop Preply Business footprint on specific countries Partner with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies and plans Develop yourself as a thought leader in the world of EdTech What you need to succeed: 2+ years of experience in a mid-market sales team lead position or similar leadership role 3+ years of experience in a full sales-cycle sales or account executive role Fully fluent in English and German Experience in the EMEA business landscape, specifically to Mid-Market & Enterprise companies Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic market plan for new business growth Excellent presentation skills Customer-facing skills and experience at live events Proficiency with Sales CRM solutions A proactive attitude built around ambition, boldness, and collaboration Why you'll love it at Preply An open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture A generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com and a Learning & Development budget A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance, and health insurance Not in Barcelona?
