Your Mission: Conduct successful sales meetings and demos with prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle to meet targets across Spain. Occasionally travel within Spain to conduct in-person demos. Plan and organize sales activities, including calls and demos. Keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date, with regular forecasting to track progress toward targets. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Effectively promote XRHealth's solutions by addressing or predicting clients' needs and objectives. Gather feedback from clients to identify and suggest improvements to our solutions, ensuring our offering meets client requirements and market trends. You'll be a good fit if you are/have: An empathetic and enthusiastic individual who enjoys sales and wants to pursue a career in sales. Native written and verbal communication skills in Spanish with fluency in English. At least 2+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, account executive, etc.) with a proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Confident in conducting sales meetings over the phone or via videoconference, ensuring each call ends with a clear action item. You have a talent for moving prospects through the sales funnel and closing deals effectively.
