ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Account Executive team, you'll be responsible for contributing to the Portuguese Market development.Developing a strategic accounts pipeline.Having strategic conversations with potential clients who are interested in our services.Attending meetings with potential clients, doing demos of our platform, and encouraging them if they are not yet ready to start.Building and assuring a good relationship with potential clients.Closing deals before handing over the client to our Customer team.Being aware of the competition in the market, its threats, and opportunities.You must have an ability (and desire) to understand customers' needs and identify opportunities (upsell, cross-sell).RequirementsProven work experience as an Account Executive (nice to have: some experience with customer service).An ability to grasp clients' needs and to increase customer engagement.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Analytical and time-management skills.You are ambitious, rigorous, and resilient - you don't give up easily, and you have a positive mindset (you know there are hard days but you know how to get through them).BenefitsFull-time, permanent contract.50% Alan private health insurance covered by the company.25 days of holiday.Fridays afternoons off (9:00 to 15:00).35-hour week in July and August (8:00 to 15:00).Home office twice per week, you choose the days.Ticket Restaurant offered by the company.50% of your public transport ticket is covered by the company.Free coffee and snacks.Free fresh fruit every week.Office placed only a few blocks from El Retiro.
