Your opportunity in Turijobs: As a part of the Sales Team your directly responsible for partnering with both Small and Large hospitality companies to display them on our Turijobs platform. As a Turijobs Account Executive, you will be a key representative of our company's sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline of and signing up local hospitality companies around Portugal. In some cases, they will be existing cities that will need you focusing on increasing content or figure out the best restaurants & hotels in town and convince them to join Turijobs; in some others you will have to build new portfolios of Tourism companies from scratch in a matter of weeks and subsequently grow them to ensure enough content quality in Portugal. Be a part of the Turijobs Sales Team where you will: Identify recruitment needs from our current customers and convinced them to join Turijobs. Five meetings a week via Teams and on-site visits in the different cities of Portugal once a month. Always be passionate about hospitality and human resources. Be aware about the coolest places, events, and new openings in Portugal. Be responsible for the entire sales process with new clients to source and negotiate the best Turijobs talent solution for them. Requisitos : You have: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Humble with passion for hospitality will be super important. Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English Previous experience using Salesforce will be valued. Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy. Know how to negotiate your way into a super deal. Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills. Socially active. Have good relationships in your city and have an ability to empathize with new people you meet. Self-starter who can work in a highly demanding environment. Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
